CHELEY FRAZIER

Yoga has been  a part of my life since the late 1990’s but a more constant practice in the last decade, and has helped me grow stronger and fearless, both on and off the mat.

I will always be a student of the practice and it is with deep gratitude that I continue to study with my teachers Sarawati Om and Sri Dharma Mittra (Dharma Yoga) and share the knowledge that is shared with me.

I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing the body, mind and soul with yoga and sound healing, also to deepen their practice to become more alive. It is my hope that you step off the mat feeling relaxed, nourished, and find balanced. Creating a place and a space of love and positivity where you can find ideas, tips, and modalities to enhance your life, help your stress, and help with movement of energy in which you will to be able to operate from a place of well fed self love. Keeping the heart open, learning to operate from a more proactive place within and healing the heart and chakras so the energy can be restored and we are able to love and receive freely is the base of my practice.

I hope you will join me, as I merge these two very important aspects of my life and be able to find things that will serve and assist you in being ALL of you.

JENNIFER ANN HUTCHINS

I have been practicing yoga on and off since my early 20s.  In my 30s I started having a series of panic attacks after a few health issues arose.  I decided to tackle those  health issues with yoga, mindfulness, and reiki.  I found the practices so useful that I decided I wanted to give the same gift of healing I had been given.

Within the last year I acquired my 200 hr. In Kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga speaks to me as a practitioner because it is yoga for the mind, body and spirit.  It is yoga for every facet of our being and is practical for anybody in any physical shape to use.

I have been a reiki practitioner for over 5 years.  Once again this is a practice for the whole of our body and spirit.  It creates space for my clients to allow them to heal themselves.

I know that both of these practices changed my life in a myriad of ways and I want to continue to learn and grow and create space for all people.

Find the perfect in the imperfect.
