CLASS ETIQUETTE


FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL, WE ASK YOU TO PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING DURING YOGA CLASS:

  • Wear comfortable clothing

  • Plan to be at class 10 minutes before its start – if you need to leave early, please inform the instructor prior to class

  • Turn off your cell phone and leave it in the reception area or your car if possible

  • Keep talking to a minimum as many students engage in pre-class meditation

  • Refrain from wearing strong/heavy scents

  • Refrain from eating a heavy meal prior to class.

  • Let the instructor know if you have any injury

  • Listen to your body – don’t push yourself too far or compare yourself to others

  • Enjoy your practice!
