CLASS ETIQUETTE
FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL, WE ASK YOU TO PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING DURING YOGA CLASS:
Wear comfortable clothing
Plan to be at class 10 minutes before its start – if you need to leave early, please inform the instructor prior to class
Turn off your cell phone and leave it in the reception area or your car if possible
Keep talking to a minimum as many students engage in pre-class meditation
Refrain from wearing strong/heavy scents
Refrain from eating a heavy meal prior to class.
Let the instructor know if you have any injury
Listen to your body – don’t push yourself too far or compare yourself to others
Enjoy your practice!
