HATHA-RAJA YOGA
Hatha yoga and Raja yoga. Hatha yoga focuses on the well-being of the physical body and includes all the asanas. Asanas improve flexibility and posture, immunity, improves physical strength. Raja yoga helps to get inner peace, meditation or dhyan, relief from stress which is the biggest problems in today’s life. When clubbed together, Hatha yoga and Raja yoga give an overall benefit.
DHARM GENTLE
Ideal for beginners, those returning after experiencing injury and those age 50 and beyond.
This practice was created to add healing and toning qualities of yoga to your life. We start with guided warm up stretches and move into simple sitting and standing poses to loosen the joints, promote good posture and balance. Breathing exercises and relaxation promotes calmness between poses and at the conclusion of practice. Students are helped according to their need.
DHARMA YOGA LEVEL I
This class also continues to deepen pranayama (breathing) and meditation techniques. This is the beginning level of the dharma series. Students will practice and be introduced to dharma yoga shiva namaskar vinyasa level 1 to warm up the body , bring flexibility to all muscles and joints, and wake up the nervous system. A gentle yet powerful series of balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and mild inverted postures will follow. This practice ends with deep relaxation, breathing exercises, and concentration/meditation to remove impurities and bring a sense of well -being to the body and radiant peace of mind.
RADIANT LIFE LEVEL II
This class also continues to deepen pranayama (breathing) and meditation techniques. This is the beginning level of the dharma series. KUNDALINI YOGA
An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.” The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.
YOGA SHRED™ INSPIRED
This class warms up the body thoroughly in preparation for movements at speed from yoga positions. It is an exercise routine which borrows from the benefits of yoga – detoxifying and cleansing the system, strengthening the body; all whilst adding cardio into the mix.
CHAKRA YOGA
The chakras are believed to be the centers of life force energy (prana) in the body. The body contains seven major chakras from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Each of these chakras contains a different energy.
Chakra yoga is a type of yoga practice that combines various aspects of other yogic traditions to activate the energy centers along the spine, also known as the chakras. It is considered a type of Kundalini yoga because activating the lower chakras and opening the upper chakras awakens kundalini and allows it to move more easily through the energetic body.
RESTORATIVE YOGA

CACAO CEREMONYS
Cacao ceremonies vary depending on the ceremony facilitator (or shaman). People usually sit in a circle and set intentions, pray, sing together with heartfelt music or sound healing and then dance ecstatically or share as a group together. It is a fun, uplifting experience in a safe and open community.

Come enjoy a little time of solitude and meditation, where you can go deep within yourself to discover your core self and what you want to look forward to or accomplish in the next month. The journey begins with intention setting, a guided meditation while lying in savasana and then let go as you set out on a sound meditation journey complemented by the cosmic vibrations of Crystal Alchemy Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Tibetan Bowls, ocean drum and Gong these healing frequencies work on a cellular level to calm your mind, body, and spirit as you release what no longer serves you, raise your vibration, and manifest your intentions.
